Renovations across Stoke-on-Trent
Every job is priced and planned around the property it is going into. Here is a look at the kind of work we take on.
Design, units, worktops, tiling, electrics and flooring — handled by the same team, so nothing waits on another trade. Kitchen Fitters Stoke-on-Trent
Full installations, wet rooms, en-suites and downstairs cloakrooms, including the tanking and tiling. Bathroom Fitters Stoke-on-Trent
Wardrobes scribed into alcoves either side of a chimney breast — the fit nothing off the shelf manages. Fitted Wardrobes Stoke-on-Trent
Renovation that understands North Staffordshire homes
Stoke-on-Trent has one of the highest concentrations of pre-1919 housing anywhere in the Midlands. The pottery workers’ terraces running through Burslem, Tunstall, Longton and Fenton were built solid-wall with no cavity, with small rear bathrooms, narrow stair openings and chimney breasts eating into every bedroom.
That changes how a renovation is planned. A bathroom that needs moving upstairs has to work around the existing soil stack, which is why our bathroom fitters in Stoke-on-Trent survey before quoting rather than after. A kitchen fit often uncovers wiring that predates RCD protection, so our electricians are on the same job rather than booked in weeks later.
The picture is different again on the newer estates at Trentham, Barlaston, Blurton and Bucknall, where the fabric is sound and the work is about upgrading — replacing a builder’s standard kitchen, converting a bathroom to a wet room, adding an EV charger or fitting proper storage.
We work across all of it: Hanley, Burslem, Tunstall, Longton, Fenton, Meir, Bucknall, Trentham and Blurton, out to Newcastle-under-Lyme, Kidsgrove, Biddulph, Leek and Stone.

Most renovations go wrong in the gaps between trades — the electrician who cannot come until the plasterer has finished, the tiler waiting on a plumber, the week nobody turns up and nobody can tell you why.
We cover every trade a renovation needs with the same settled team — joinery, plumbing, electrics, tiling and flooring — so the sequencing is our problem rather than yours. One person to call, one written quote covering the whole job, one guarantee at the end of it.
What we don’t take on
We don’t do house extensions, loft conversions or garage conversions, and we don’t take on anything that needs planning permission or structural sign-off.
That’s a deliberate choice. It keeps our projects on schedule instead of stalled waiting on approvals, and it means the work we do take on gets our full attention.
If your project needs planning, tell us anyway — we’ll point you towards someone who can help.

Renovation questions, answered
Do you cover the whole of Stoke-on-Trent?
Yes — all six towns and the surrounding areas, including Hanley, Burslem, Tunstall, Longton, Fenton, Meir, Bucknall, Trentham and Blurton. We also work across Newcastle-under-Lyme, Kidsgrove, Biddulph, Leek, Stone, Cheadle and Stafford, and into the nearer Cheshire towns of Alsager, Congleton, Crewe and Macclesfield.
Who actually turns up at my house?
The same people, job after job. Our trades are established specialists Sam has worked with over years of managing sites for housebuilders, which is where you learn which joiner turns up on the day he said and which one does not. Joinery, plumbing, electrics, tiling, flooring and plastering all come from the same settled group — which is what lets us give you one quote and one point of contact for the whole job.
Why don’t you do extensions or loft conversions?
It is a deliberate decision. Work that needs planning permission or structural sign-off can sit waiting on approvals for months, which makes scheduling unreliable for everyone else on the books. By sticking to renovation work we can commit to start dates and keep to them.
How long does a typical renovation take?
A bathroom is usually five to eight working days, a kitchen two to three weeks depending on worktop lead times, and fitted wardrobes around two to three days once made. Older properties sometimes need extra time if the electrics or subfloor need attention — which is exactly what the free survey is for, so it lands in the quote rather than being sprung on you later.
Is the quote fixed, or does it change as you go?
Fixed. We survey before quoting precisely so the price holds. The only time it changes is if you ask for something different partway through, or if something genuinely unforeseeable turns up behind a wall — and in that case we stop, explain it and agree the cost with you before carrying on.
Thinking about a renovation?
