Kitchen Fitters in Stoke-on-Trent
Design, supply and full installation — units, worktops, tiling, electrics and flooring handled by one team. No waiting on a plumber who is on another job.

Every kitchen is built around the room
A galley in a Victorian terrace and an open kitchen diner on a new estate need completely different answers. Here is the range we work across.
Narrow rooms need slimline appliances, careful door swings and storage that goes upward. This is most of what we fit in the six towns.
Quartz, granite, solid wood or laminate. Templated after the units are set, so joins land where they should and edges sit flush.
Replacing a builder’s standard kitchen on the Trentham or Blurton estates, usually with an island and better storage. Joiners Stoke-on-Trent
A kitchen is six trades. We bring all six.
A kitchen fit is rarely just cabinets. Sockets move, pipework gets rerouted, floors need levelling, walls need making good and something always turns up behind the old units. When those jobs sit with four different contractors, the two-week install becomes six.
We cover the lot ourselves, so the sequencing is planned before we start rather than negotiated as we go.
- Free design, measure and survey
- Removal and disposal of the old kitchen
- Units supplied and fitted, or fitting only if you have bought your own
- Worktops templated and installed
- Plumbing — sink, waste, appliance connections, pipework alterations
- Electrics — sockets, spurs, hob and oven circuits, under-cabinet lighting, certificated
- Tiling, splashbacks and flooring
- Plastering, making good and final decoration
Already bought your kitchen?
Plenty of people order from a national retailer and then discover fitting is quoted separately, or that the recommended fitter only fits — leaving the electrics, plumbing and tiling to you.
We are happy to fit a kitchen you have already bought, and we will still cover the trades around it. Send us the plan and the delivery date.
Fitting kitchens in Stoke-on-Trent homes
Most kitchens we fit in Burslem, Tunstall, Longton and Fenton sit in the back addition of a Victorian terrace — a long narrow room, often with an external door partway down one wall and a chimney breast taking a chunk out of the other. That rules out a standard layout before we start, which is why the design comes after the survey rather than off a showroom screen.
Solid brick walls with no cavity mean fixings behave differently and there is nowhere to hide pipework, so runs get planned rather than improvised. Floors in these properties are rarely level either, which matters more than people expect once a worktop has to sit flat across a four-metre run.
The other thing we find regularly in older Stoke properties is a kitchen circuit that predates RCD protection, sometimes with sockets spurred off in ways that would not pass today. It is straightforward to put right — but only if the electrician is on the job from day one rather than booked in after the units are up.
Out at Trentham, Barlaston, Blurton and Bucknall the work is different again: sound fabric, decent layouts, and a builder’s standard kitchen that owners want upgrading. Usually that means better carcasses, a proper worktop and an island where the room allows it.
Kitchen Fitters Newcastle-under-LymeWhat does a new kitchen cost in Stoke-on-Trent?
It depends on the size of the room, the carcass quality, the worktop and how much work is needed behind the units. The ranges opposite are what most of our kitchens land between, supplied and fitted.
You will get an itemised fixed price after the survey — not a figure over the phone, and not a headline number that grows once the units are out.

How long will my kitchen be out of action?
Most kitchens take two to three weeks from strip-out to finish. The units usually go in within the first week; the wait is normally the worktop, which is templated once the carcasses are set and then takes around ten days to come back if it is quartz or granite. Laminate can go on the same week. We will give you the sequence in writing so you know which days you have no sink.
Do you supply the units, or do I buy them?
Either. We can supply and fit the whole kitchen, or fit one you have already bought from a retailer. If you are buying your own, talk to us before you order — a survey first often changes the unit list, and it is far cheaper to change a plan than to send cabinets back.
Can you fit a kitchen in a narrow terraced house?
It is most of what we do. Narrow back-addition kitchens need slimline appliances, doors that clear each other, and storage that goes up rather than out. A chimney breast or an awkward external door usually means at least one bespoke unit, which our joiners make rather than us forcing a standard carcass into the gap.
Do you handle the electrics and plumbing too?
Yes, both as part of the same job and the same quote. Kitchen electrical work is notifiable under Part P, so it is carried out and certificated by our electricians — the same people on every job, not whoever happens to be free that week. Same for the plumbing, the tiling and the flooring.
What happens if something turns up behind the old units?
In older properties it sometimes does — perished pipework, a hidden vent, plaster that comes off with the wall units. The survey catches most of it, which is why we do one before quoting. If something genuinely unforeseeable appears we stop, show you, and agree the cost before carrying on. No silent additions to the final invoice.
